Sleigh Bell Sips brings drinks and holiday lights to Franklin Park Conservatory
Conservatory Aglow’s light tunnel, penguin village and projected winter scenes form the backdrop for Sleigh Bell Sips, an adults-only evening of seasonal drinks at Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens in Columbus.
Choose a night for the lights and drinks
The December 2 and 3 sessions pair the holiday displays with cocktails and seasonal beer samples from local breweries and mixologists. The beverage lineup changes each evening, although the Conservatory has not named the participants or specified their drinks.
If a particular brewery or cocktail would make the choice between dates easier, check for an updated lineup before reserving. The event page also does not say which drinks, if any, are included in admission; ask the Conservatory before booking if that will affect your plans.
A visit during renovations
The John F. Wolfe Palm House and Dorothy M. Davis Showhouse are closed for renovation, with reopening expected in fall 2027. Keep that in mind if either space is part of your reason for visiting the Conservatory.

Book ahead
The Conservatory lists admission at $35, or $30 for members. All guests, including members, must reserve in advance; tickets are not sold at the door. The Conservatory says a 5% Columbus Arts & Culture Fee applies to tickets, but it is not clear whether the listed event prices include it.

Getting to the Conservatory
Parking, bus and entrance
Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is at 1777 E. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43203. Parking is free; the paved lots east of the main building are accessible from E. Broad Street. Guests with mobility challenges can be dropped off at the bus loop outside the main entrance.
COTA Route 10 stops at E. Broad Street and Franklin Park Conservatory eastbound, and at E. Broad Street and Brunson Avenue westbound.

Accessibility
The Conservatory says its building and grounds are accessible using ramps, elevators and paved pathways. A limited number of free wheelchairs can be checked out at the Visitor Center on a first-come, first-served basis; visitors who need one may wish to bring their own.
