A planned designer showroom and skybridge chair display frame a broader offering of handmade furniture, student work and home arts. Saturday’s published hours conflict, so confirm before you go.

The Fine Furnishings Show combines browsing with a chance to speak directly with makers about custom work. Its 2026 program also points visitors toward two distinct ways to look at furniture: a designer-created showroom and a skybridge display of chairs, benches and stools. Student work from furniture-making programs at Rhode Island School of Design and North Bennet Street School is part of the show, too.
Handcrafted American-made furniture is the show’s focus, alongside accessories, home décor and art intended for homes, offices, cottages and cabins. A select group of craftspeople also offer jewelry, fiber arts and clothing, widening the range beyond furnishings.
The listings include student work from furniture-making programs at Rhode Island School of Design and North Bennet Street School. They do not identify the student makers or particular pieces, so visitors can expect the schools’ work to be included without relying on a specific student exhibit.

The show is open to the public as well as trade visitors, and Fine Furnishings Shows says many exhibitors are willing to discuss custom or commissioned work. That makes the show useful not only for comparing finished pieces, but also for asking whether a maker might take on a project. It is not a guarantee that every exhibitor accepts commissions.
No individual 2026 exhibitor roster is confirmed in the event details. If you are going to meet a particular maker, ask the organizer whether that person is participating before you make plans.
