80s vs. 90s Dance Party

A decade on each side

Mega 80s takes the earlier decade, with a repertoire described in terms of synthesizers and pop hooks. Class of ’98 represents the following decade’s alternative and pop-rock. The bill frames those different sounds as a musical face-off rather than a single-decade tribute.

Halloween gives the party another theme to play with: Visit Detroit suggests costumes for the occasion, though it does not say they are required. The bands’ individual set times and performance order are not listed, so anyone hoping to catch a particular act should check for updates.
