Air Supply’s American breakthrough came with an album that produced three enduring singles: “All Out of Love,” “Lost in Love” and “Every Woman in the World.” That 1980 record helps explain the band’s melodic, vocal-centered pop identity, but it doesn’t establish what the duo will perform in Stamford.
Russell Hitchcock, an Australian singer, and Graham Russell, a British singer-songwriter, began working together in Melbourne in 1975. Air Supply released its self-titled first album the next year, but early success in Australia was modest.
The group’s fifth album, Lost in Love, changed its fortunes in the United States in 1980. Its three named hit singles—“All Out of Love,” “Lost in Love” and “Every Woman in the World”—helped establish the sound listeners now associate with Air Supply.

Ticketmaster’s artist biography describes Air Supply’s identity through Hitchcock and Russell’s blended vocals and melodic pop ballads, a style associated with adult contemporary music in the early 1980s. That background offers a frame for the catalog, not a prediction of the arrangements or songs planned for this date.
The Stamford listing names Air Supply on the A Matter of Time Tour and gives no song-by-song program. Air Supply is the only act identified in the local lineup. The event information also gives no performance length or end time, so the listed 8 p.m. start is the only confirmed performance time.
