Catskill Ballet’s 41st Nutcracker: Kingston performances Dec. 11–13
Clara’s route in Catskill Ballet Theatre’s Nutcracker runs from a Christmas party to a battle with Queen Mouse, through a snowy landscape and into the Land of Sweets. The production returns to Kingston’s Ulster Performing Arts Center for three performances.
Regional dancers, returning guest artists
The event describes a cast that combines dancers from across the region with guest artists. Principal dancers from Boston Ballet are returning. The announcement does not name individual performers or assign roles, so it offers a picture of the cast’s mix rather than a role-by-role guide.
This is Catskill Ballet Theatre’s 41st annual production, following its 40th-anniversary season. The event description presents the ballet as a recurring part of the Hudson Valley’s holiday calendar.

Three performances of the same production
The listings offer a Friday evening, Saturday afternoon and Sunday matinee. Each is billed as Catskill Ballet Presents The Nutcracker, rather than as a separate program.
