The Edwardsville Municipal Band is the announcement’s clearest program detail: it is scheduled to play patriotic music at the annual parade, hosted by American Legion Post #199.
The notice describes the band’s music as patriotic, but gives no song titles, set list or separate time for the band. That matters if you hope to arrive for a particular piece: the 3 p.m. parade start is not a separately confirmed band call time.
