Eglevsky Ballet’s 65th-anniversary Nutcracker at Tilles Center, Dec. 19–20, 2026
Eglevsky Ballet’s 65th-anniversary Nutcracker pairs guest artists Beckanne Sisk and Chase O’Connell of National Ballet of Canada with the company’s dancers and students. The Brookville performances also include a live orchestra, making this edition a meeting of guest professionals, local company performers and student dancers.
A 65th year in the local calendar
Tilles Center identifies the 2026 production as Eglevsky Ballet’s 65th anniversary and places it within a longstanding Long Island holiday tradition. That history gives this edition a local frame: the milestone belongs to a production presented by the area’s Eglevsky Ballet, not simply to a touring Nutcracker visiting Brookville.

Guest artists share the bill with company dancers and students
The announced cast combines National Ballet of Canada artists Beckanne Sisk and Chase O’Connell with Eglevsky Ballet company dancers and students. Peter LeBreton Merz is credited with the choreography. The listing names these artists for the production overall, rather than assigning them to particular performances, so it does not establish a different cast for any one curtain time.

Choose an afternoon, evening or matinee
Saturday offers both an afternoon and an evening curtain; Sunday’s performance is a matinee. The event listing does not assign the named guest artists to specific dates, and the venue has not provided running-time or intermission details.
