Kohler Food & Wine will return to Kohler, Wisconsin, October 14–17, 2027. The announcement establishes the dates for a gathering centered on chefs, winemakers and other culinary professionals, but leaves the particulars of the next edition open.
The organizer’s featured-chef profiles look back at the 25th-anniversary celebration in 2026, not ahead to a confirmed 2027 roster. Among those featured are Milwaukee chef Dan Jacobs, whose restaurants include tasting-menu restaurant EsterEv and Chinese-American restaurant DanDan, and Toronto chef Michael Hunter, whose Antler Kitchen and Bar emphasizes game, wild fish and foraged ingredients.
Their different practices offer a glimpse of the previous edition’s culinary range, but the profiles do not identify what they cooked at the festival or establish that either chef will return. The 2027 announcement has not yet named individual presenters or experiences.

Earlier editions provide context for the kind of choices a future programme might present. In 2019, Kohler described educational sessions, tastings, luncheons and evening events; those were offerings for that year, not a list for 2027.
For anyone choosing days around a favorite chef or a particular kind of session, the useful next step is to wait for the new programme. Daily hours, admission terms and ticket-sale information have not been announced.
