A revenue goal is only a starting point. At Marketing Strategy Navigator, small-business owners and other people responsible for growth will use a card-based planning process to turn objectives into selected strategies and actionable tactics, then work toward a written plan they can implement.

The Center for Continuing Education may cancel or reschedule a program if minimum enrollment is not met 10 working days before it begins, or because of weather, instructor illness or another unavoidable circumstance. For a cancellation or rescheduling, participants will be notified as soon as possible and can choose a full refund or have the fee applied to the rescheduled event.
For participant cancellations, the policy requests at least five business days’ notice. Later cancellations incur a charge of 40% of the program cost; not attending without canceling incurs the full fee. Registration can be transferred to another person at any time.
