Beer turns up in both the glass and the kitchen at Oktoberfest: Delta Colonial Hotel. The advertised menu includes a Montana-made bratwurst boiled in beer before it is grilled to order, alongside schnitzel, pretzel bites and Hofbräu beer.
A choice of bratwurst or schnitzel
The $16 bratwurst comes with sauerkraut and house-made German-style potato chips seasoned with paprika. For a different main, the $19 pork schnitzel is breaded and fried, with brown gravy and spätzle dressed in herbed butter.
Bavarian pretzel bites with beer cheese sauce are $10. Hofbräu beer is also advertised, although its price is not listed.
