Slow Flow Yoga gives adults new to yoga a place to learn simple postures at Southwest Regional. The hourlong class is part of a six-week series running through November 14, 2026.
The library describes the class as an introduction to postures with relaxation, balance, flexibility and strength as its aims. No previous yoga experience is needed, and the six-week format offers recurring sessions rather than a single workshop.
The library encourages participants to bring a mat and towel of their own. Anyone wondering about modifications, access needs or joining after the series has begun can call the branch before attending.
