Old Town Hobbies and Games hosts the league on Thursday and Friday evenings, with best-of-three matches as the usual format.

The Thursday & Friday Pokémon League combines a casual welcome for newer players with a tournament structure. Unless organizers say otherwise, matches follow a best-of-three format.
Rather than deciding a match in a single game, best-of-three allows for up to three. The league describes that as its standard tournament format, while leaving room for a different format to be announced.
The listing calls the league beginner-friendly, but it does not explain whether players should bring a deck or register ahead. If those details would affect your visit, check with Old Town Hobbies and Games before going.

Old Town Hobbies and Games also lists a separate Free Kid’s Pokemon Club on Saturdays for ages 14 and under. Its free admission and age limit apply to that club, not automatically to the Thursday and Friday league.
