Costumes are part of the plan at Hollywood Library on Thursday, October 29, 2026. Toddler Costume Storytime pairs a shorter-than-usual storytime with a parade around the library, with a favorite adult accompanying each toddler.
A separate storytime for babies
Families with babies have another option at the same branch that morning. Book Babies Costume Storytime starts at 11:30 a.m. and is intended for babies from birth to 12 months with an adult. Its activities include songs, action rhymes and playtime; it is a separate program from the toddler parade.
The baby session also has limited attendance, with free tickets available 15 minutes before it begins.
