A sucker pull, skincare samples and deals on comics are among the stops listed for Trick or Treat in the District. On October 30, 2026, participating Superior businesses will hand out treats for children while visitors explore the district’s shops and other locations.
Choose a few stops by street
This is a district-wide outing rather than a single gathering place. The Chamber describes the event area as the Superior Business Improvement District’s 89 blocks, and the organizer’s participant list groups locations by street. Stops extend beyond Tower Avenue to Belknap Street, Ogden Avenue and other areas.
On Tower Avenue, the Douglas County Drug Prevention Coalition at 1118 Tower Ave lists a sucker pull with prizes from a treasure chest. Mix Cosmetiques at 1313 Tower Ave plans candy for children and skincare samples for adults, while Collector’s Connection at 1616 Tower Ave advertises specials on comics and CDs.
Away from Tower, Sellers Antique Mall at 110 Belknap St lists a pumpkin-carving contest, a costume contest, hot cider and cookies among its activities. The Douglas County Administration and Courthouse Buildings at 1316 N. 14th St also list treats at multiple locations inside. Check the organizer’s street-by-street list when choosing stops; it may add participants.

A meal alongside the treats
The Superior BID names The Corndog Company and Burger Joint as food trucks for the event. Their locations within the district are not specified, so visitors looking for a meal may want to ask the organizer before setting out.

The Superior BID lists participating locations by street and address and says more may be added. Stops include locations on Tower Avenue, Belknap Street and several other streets.
Will Tower Avenue be open to traffic?
The section from 14th through Broadway is scheduled to close from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., covering the event and a half hour on either side.
Will there be food beyond the treats?
The organizer has announced The Corndog Company and Burger Joint food trucks, though it does not specify where they will be stationed.
