Louisville Free Public Library’s weekly club invites tweens and teens to make a journal page, try junk journaling or use a typewriter, with materials provided.
All times are local to the venue · America/Kentucky/Louisville
The typewriter sets this Fairdale library club apart from a conventional journaling session, but it is one of three creative options in the listing. Tweens and teens can also make a journal page or try junk journaling.
The activity menu moves between page-making, junk journaling and typing on an old-fashioned typewriter. The library describes these as options, without specifying which one will be featured at each Tuesday meeting.
All materials are provided, so participants do not need to bring supplies for the listed activities.

The club’s description frames the gathering as a break from the digital world. The typewriter fits that low-tech theme, but the listing does not state a rule against using phones or other devices.
