Yoga at Historic Spanish Point combines gentle movement and breathwork with an outdoor setting on Little Sarasota Bay. The November 12 class is led by Christal Snell of Infinity Yoga SRQ and welcomes adults at all skill levels.
Selby Gardens describes the practice as somatically guided, with an emphasis on gentle mobility, mindful movement and breathing. It is intended for beginners as well as experienced practitioners; the announced focus is stress relief rather than a demanding fitness workout.

General admission is included in the course fee, and Selby Gardens encourages participants to stay after class. Historic Spanish Point is a 30-acre museum site where visitors can explore native plants and local history, including the area’s early peoples, pioneer history and the Palmer Legacy.
For a longer visit, the campus has historic buildings as well as outdoor paths. White Cottage, Mary’s Chapel, Window to the Past and the Packing House have separate exhibit-area hours, so check those if a particular stop matters to you.

Go to Marie Selby Botanical Gardens’ Historic Spanish Point campus at 401 North Tamiami Trail, Osprey, FL 34229, not the Downtown Sarasota campus. The meeting point is the Welcome Center Gazebo.
