The school is at 501 East Ninth Street, Little Rock, AR 72202. Students may use guest spaces in the AMFA parking lot. If that lot is full, Windgate identifies the Firehouse Museum & Hostel lot at 1201 Commerce Street or street parking along Commerce, Rock or 11th Streets.
Use the Windgate Art School entrance, follow the covered walkway to the double doors on the left, and press the call-box button. Security will ask which class you are attending. The entrance is open for entry only until 8 p.m.; students may leave after that, but cannot enter. Plan to arrive before the cutoff for this 6–9 p.m. class.

Windgate’s general guidance calls for closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing that can get dirty and is not too loose. Tie back long hair and avoid loose jewelry; the school notes that rings can interfere with work in some studios.
AMFA does not reschedule an individual missed class or prorate or refund tuition for missed classes. If weather forces the school to cancel a class, it schedules a makeup; the instructor communicates the date and time.
Windgate says physical requirements vary by studio and medium, and directs students to further information about those requirements. AMFA’s general accessibility information says wheelchairs are available first-come, first-served at a Guest Services Desk and mobility aids are permitted in museum areas; it does not specify accommodations for this clay workshop.
