Breakfast with Santa in Port Washington: Pancakes, Crafts and a Book for Every Child
A wrapped book for every child is part of the plan at Breakfast with Santa, alongside pancakes, a visit with Santa, ornament-making and letters to Santa. The three-hour gathering also offers optional professional family photos and a cookie decorating kit to take home.
Breakfast and activities share one morning window
ValorCares Foundation describes the Nov. 29 event as its first annual Breakfast with Santa. The advertised program pairs breakfast with Santa visits and holiday activities, including making ornaments and writing letters to Santa. Each child is promised a wrapped book to take home.
The listing places the activities within the 9 a.m.-noon event, but gives no separate start times or sequence. Families planning around a particular activity can check with the foundation before the event.

Plan separately for photos and cookie kits
Nicole of Pics by Nic Photography is offering professional holiday mini sessions for children, parents, grandparents or the whole family. A standard session is $250; the limited Santa mini session is $275. Only three sessions include Santa, and all photo sessions must be purchased in advance. Appointment times are not listed, so ask ValorCares about scheduling if a photo is central to your plans.
The Dough Bakery, a local mother-daughter bakery, is preparing take-home cookie decorating kits for $15. The kits are an optional purchase, separate from admission, and the event listing asks families to preorder.

A fundraiser for year-round local work
ValorCares Foundation says funds raised will support its year-round work in local communities, focused on education, stability and long-term opportunity for children and families. The breakfast is a single morning, but its stated purpose extends beyond the holiday event.
The foundation is also seeking volunteers to welcome families, assist with activities and help the event run smoothly. Contact ValorCares to ask about volunteering.
