Mannheim Steamroller Christmas at Thalia Mara Hall in Jackson
The announcement gives Mannheim Steamroller Christmas a clear scale—15 musicians, more than 20 instruments and multimedia effects—while leaving the song choices open. That makes the preview a guide to the show’s format, not a promise of particular holiday favorites.
A concert in a hall returning to Jackson’s calendar
Thalia Mara Hall began as Jackson Municipal Auditorium in 1968 and was renamed in 1989 for Thalia Mara. In 1975, the Jackson Ballet Guild invited Mara to Mississippi; the hall says her efforts helped bring high-caliber ballet to the state.
The venue resumed hosting major events on Jan. 14, 2026. Its history also includes the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra, the USA International Ballet Competition and touring Broadway productions, placing this concert in a broad downtown arts calendar.

The announced format, without a song-by-song forecast
The hall’s event description identifies Mannheim Steamroller Christmas classics, the group’s distinctive sound and multimedia effects. It does not name the individual songs or give a running order, so visitors choosing the concert around a specific carol will not find that confirmed in the published preview.
