A costume and a lunchtime stop at The Commons on the Green are the starting points for UAB’s Halloween Costume Party on Friday, October 30. Campus Dining also invites guests to help select the best carved pumpkin, with judging beginning during the three-hour event.
Costumes, pumpkins and a campus dining stop
Campus Dining encourages guests to arrive in costume. Judging covers both the best costume and pumpkin carving, and anyone hoping to catch its start should arrive before 12:30 p.m.
Candy and specialty desserts are part of the party at the on-campus dining venue. The event announcement does not name the desserts or explain how to enter the judging, whether pumpkins will be carved on site, or how guests will help choose a winner. Check with Campus Dining before making plans around an entry.
