Age guidance and strollers
The event listing gives no separate age rule. Arena policy requires a ticket for guests age 2 and older; children under 2 may attend free for most events when seated on an adult’s lap. Some events require a ticket from age 1, as noted on the event listing.
Strollers are allowed when needed, but must be checked at Guest Services before guests go to their seats. They cannot be left in walkways, gates or on the concourse. Guest Services is at the main entrance near Section 124.
Screening, bags and re-entry
Guests and their belongings are subject to inspection. Large bags, backpacks, luggage, laptops, tablets, coolers and parcels are among the prohibited items; normal-size handbags may be allowed after a search. The arena has no storage or check-in area for prohibited belongings.
Once inside, guests cannot leave and return for the same event.

Seating and sensory resources
Accessible seating is subject to availability. The arena says tickets can be purchased by phone at (860) 727-8010 on weekdays during normal business hours, or at the Hartford Ticket Office.
Arena-wide sensory resources include sensory bags with noise-canceling headphones and fidget tools, plus weighted lap pads, available to borrow at Guest Services in Section 124. The KultureCity All-Inclusive app offers a social story to help plan a visit.

Driving routes
From the north, take I-91 to Exit 32B for Trumbull Street. Go straight from the exit; the arena is on the right after six lights.
From the east, take I-84 to Exit 50 for Main Street. Turn left onto Trumbull Street at the third light; the arena is on the right at the second light.
From the west, take I-84 to Exit 49 for Ann Uccello and High streets. Turn right onto High Street, then left onto Church Street at the first light; the arena is at the next intersection.
Parking and rideshare
Parking is available around the arena and throughout downtown Hartford. The venue lists 45 downtown lots and garages, operated by third parties with varying prices; parking can be purchased ahead of time for the Hartford 21 garage.
Metered street parking is free daily from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. and all day on weekends. For this Friday game, the free evening period begins an hour after the 5 p.m. start.
The arena directions page advertises a Lyft offer for new users: 50% off the first two rides, up to $10 per ride, subject to Lyft’s terms.
