Alternate tunings and multiple guitars are central to Luca Stricagnoli’s approach to acoustic performance. He comes to the Belt Performing Arts Center in Montana for two shows on Saturday, November 14, 2026.
The center describes Stricagnoli’s playing as a way of expanding the sound of a single performer: he uses multiple guitars and alternate tunings, changing the pitches to which the strings are tuned. The concert’s appeal lies in that approach to the instrument as much as in any particular song.
Neither the event listing nor the center’s season page lists a setlist for the performances.

Stricagnoli’s appearance is one of eight shows in the center’s 2026–27 season series. The wider lineup ranges from Latin jazz with John Roberts Y Pan Blanco to a later piano, violin and cello performance by RPT and Friends.
The all-volunteer nonprofit also runs youth theater and music education outreach, and stewards Belt’s historic Knights of Pythias building. Its season series brings touring performers to a community in rural Central Montana.
