Star Wars: The Force Awakens in Concert

Location and current road guidance

The performance is in Dell Hall at the Long Center, 701 W. Riverside Dr., Austin, TX 78704. The venue’s directions page, checked November 3, 2026, says Riverside Drive is fully closed under its Phase 2 guidance. It describes access to Circular Drive and the Palmer Events Center Garage’s Riverside entrance by crossing S First Street on Riverside Drive, or by turning from S First Street and crossing the median; it also says there is no right turn onto Riverside Drive from southbound S Lamar Boulevard.

For the construction period, the venue recommends the garage entrance on Barton Springs Road, noting that it may mean a longer walk but can help reduce congestion. Road conditions and access may change before the May performances, so check current venue directions or event-day information. Map links can calculate directions from your starting point.

Accessibility

Dell Hall has wheelchair and mobility-assisted seating. Guests may remain in their wheelchair or request a fixed theater seat with a swing-out armrest; request wheelchair-accessible locations when ordering tickets. The venue asks for at least two weeks’ notice for assistance requests. For accessible seating, contact [email protected].

The accessible drop-off is at Keller Williams Circular Drive. The Long Center identifies the accessible entrance on the ground floor, to the left of the Grand Staircase, and says elevators serve all levels. The venue recommends that guests who do not normally use a wheelchair bring a companion to help navigate public areas.

Infrared assistive listening devices are free on request from a House Manager at most performances. Guests exchange a driver’s license or state-issued ID for a device and reclaim it when returning the unit. ASL interpretation and audio description are offered at select events, but neither is confirmed for this concert; request either service from Guest Services at least two weeks ahead.
