The Shively Writing Group is designed for more than one point in the writing process: adults may arrive with work in progress or use prompts to get started. The library describes the session as supported time to work on a project.
The listing pairs prompts and support with time spent on participants’ projects, and notes that coffee and tea will be available. It does not specify a genre, lesson sequence or critique format, so anyone seeking a particular kind of instruction or feedback should confirm that detail before going.

The library describes the group as monthly, but its calendar lists only the November 4 meeting. Treat that as the confirmed date rather than assuming later monthly sessions are scheduled.
