Goth, darkwave and industrial music set the direction for the Creative Alliance Halloween Party, a dance night on Saturday, October 31, 2026. The party starts at 8 p.m. at Creative Alliance in Baltimore.
A dance night with dark roots
The music spans 1980s and 1990s goth, darkwave, synth-pop, industrial and alternative dance. The Cure, Siouxsie, Nine Inch Nails and Garbage are cited as reference points for the music being played, not as live performers.
That range makes this a party centered on recorded music rather than a concert lineup: the listing describes tracks being spun for dancing, but does not name a DJ or publish a setlist.

From vampires to club kids
The costume suggestions leave room for both Halloween characters and alternative-club styles: vampires and witches sit alongside new romantics, club kids and other dark icons. A costume contest, spooky visuals and themed cocktails are also advertised.
The contest’s rules and judging time are not listed, so anyone planning an outfit specifically for the competition should check with Creative Alliance for details.
