Lo Patt’s Expressive Painting and Yoga Workshop in Little Rock

Movement is part of the making

A separately priced workshop
The listed price is $44, or $35 for AMFA members. The school says its Reduced Tuition Program is automatically applied to classes through 2026; the registration portal advises members to log in to see member pricing. Museum admission is free, but this workshop has its own tuition. Use the registration portal to check ticket availability.
Windgate’s general class policy says missed individual classes cannot be rescheduled and missed classes are not prorated or refunded. If weather causes a class cancellation, a makeup session will be scheduled and the instructor will share its date and time.

Bring a mat; wear closed-toe shoes
Bring a yoga mat and clothing comfortable for movement. All art materials are provided. Windgate requires closed-toe shoes in all studios; sandals and Crocs are not allowed. Do not wear loose jewelry, including necklaces and earrings; rings may interfere with work in some studios.

Getting to Windgate Art School
Parking and transit
The address is 501 East Ninth Street, Little Rock, AR 72202. The museum lists free on-site parking. For Windgate classes, students may use guest spaces in the AMFA lot; if it is full, the school lists the Firehouse Museum & Hostel lot at 1201 Commerce Street or street parking along Commerce, Rock or 11th Streets.
AMFA identifies Little Rock METRO Route 6 at Commerce Street as a transit option.

Use the art school entrance
Follow the covered walkway to the double doors on the left and press the call-box button. Security will ask which class you are attending. Windgate asks students to use this entrance as their primary entry and exit. Students may enter through it from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; they may exit after 8 p.m., but may not enter then.
Access questions
AMFA permits wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes and other mobility aids throughout the museum. Wheelchairs are available at Guest Services on a first-come basis. Windgate notes that physical requirements vary by studio and medium; the workshop listing does not describe adaptations for its movement activities.
